This is an original 45 PROMOTIONAL recording by BUD HARPER called "WHEREVER YOU WERE" on the PEACOCK label(1932). The record is graded VG+. A couple very light scratches. The label has some very faint ring wear(see picture-shadow at bottom is my phone). The flip side is called "LET IT RAIN". Same grade. Thanks for looking. P.S.
